“I called reliant pest control out to our home for over two years now, they have specifically came to get rid of ants. I have been using the same service for ants for 2yrs and she tells me today that the service they have been doing does not cover ants. I had a service about a week ago and paid $300 for the service went and brought groceries for my family that was another $350 woke up next morning and ants had raided my pantry plus all the new groceries I had just purchased the day before. I called to see if I could get it fixed and they couldn’t and the manager wasn’t in when I called. I spoke to the manager today and they won’t give me my money back because I didn’t call within 72hrs. She tried getting someone out here for Thursday which still does me no good. I had them out a previous time before this and the guy moved his truck and ran over my 2yr olds bike enough we had to help him get the bike unstuck from under his truck and throw the bike away. Still won’t give my my money back so now we’re out $300 with ants. Was told she would be reaching out to the director to see if the director would wanna talk to me. Wouldn’t recommend this company as this was the last time they put my family out more than it’s worth.Edit- Lisa reached out and made everything right. After speaking to Lisa I got the ant problem fixed and got scheduled same day. Tech came out and was very friendly.Thank you reliant pest for helping us out.“

“These guys are quick and tidy. The service of mulching was spot on. They made sure not to cover the weep holes and even double checked with us to make sure we were happy. They also aerated our yard and so far it is doing great with all the rain!“
