My husband and I have worked with Dayna several times a week for years. Her insight and knowledge has enabled us to jog and sail into our 70’s. Our strength and balance have greatly improved, along with the ability to stay centered and tune out the world with breathing exercises. Dayna is an excellent yoga instructor and her many years of experience offers much more. Her private sessions are individualized to focus on improving one's overall fitness at any level. After 2-3 years of limited activity due to prior knee pain, then two surgeries, she has helped me continue through recovery by practices to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and I have seen positive results.Dayna's home studio is comfortable with a beautiful view, and her lively personality makes classes fun, while offering the added benefit of safe training on the CoreFirst bands system.
