We continue to be pleased with Wow! Carlos is extremely kind, professional and efficient technician - taking great care when working on our home’s carpets. Carlos is wonderful at walking around the home with you, asking questions and making sure he properly notes any spots/locations in the home that may need extra care. We always look forward to working with him! We have a busy house with teens and pets running around. Wow’s carpet treatment leaves our house smelling fresh and free of harsh cleaner smells. From the scheduling process, to showing up on time, everything is always smooth and professional with Wow.
