The staff went above and beyond to take care of my dog. They were empathetic, kind, supportive, and professional. The medical services were excellent. Facilities are clean and friendly. When it was time to let him go, they showed the utmost care and concern. I have n used them for years and I have always had the best services. Thank-you Windsor.
I really enjoy how they treat Bailey. They understand that she is nervous and a reactive dog and they take the time to allow her to get comfortable as possible to be treated. I never feel rushed or embarrassed about having a dog that needs a little more comforting and patience. 5 stars from the initial phone call to walking out the door.
I’ve been taking our 3 cats to Windsor Park for 10 years and they’re the only vet in Austin that I trust. We have since moved a bit further away from the office, however, I’ll still drive past 100 vet offices to take them here. This place treats our pets with compassion and respect. Every ailment our cats encountered were quickly diagnosed and treated. They are able to perform every test or procedure while you’re there to comfort them. They’re great at explaining and answering questions. I highly recommend Windsor Park Vet Clinic to anyone who cares for their pets like family.
