I needed flowers delivered on a Sunday as a gift with same day delivery and you made it happen!! Ordering on the website was nice and easy and flowers were delivered within hours of ordering. Thank you so much!!
The flower arrangement was beautiful and my daughter loved it, but the balloons were deflated which was disappointing. I also did not have the best customer service experience. When I stopped by the store for help placing the order, I was simply directed to the website without much assistance.
The delivery photo was taken outside the building, which made it unclear whether the flowers were delivered directly to the front desk attendant. My daughter was in class so she had to wait an hour before pickup. When I called to ask, the representative was somewhat condescending. I ordered from William Paul Floral Design online, and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. The website was super user-friendly, and I appreciated how clear the photos and descriptions were. When the flowers arrived, they were absolutely stunning—honestly even more beautiful than the pictures! You can really tell they put care and attention into every detail. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
