Dr. Rimoin is amazing at full body skin check and has an equally amazing assistant JoJo. Jojo was so patient and kind S I was having basil cell biopsy. Did not even feel her needle go in to deaden my nose. I feel confident I have formed my forever dermatologist team and happy to be back at Westlake Dermatology. Thank you, ladies ❤

front desk ladies are always rude and act like they literally want to be anywhere else. doctor asked ME what i wanted to do to fix my issue when i went there for advice. every appointment was 7 minutes or less and it’s like they wanted nothing to do with me they just wanted to hit “bill” and charge me money for a visit that was very unhelpful

Was planning on getting a series of tattoo removals here, and this review is not reflective of Sara Bode or her assistants who were all lovely. But, as many of the other reviews state, front desk staff is absolutely horrendous! Literal mean girls. Clearly they’re not happy about being in customer service positions. Power trip, snickery and so rude. It almost felt like satire. I will spend my money elsewhere at any of the other luxury derm offices in town where they treat people spending thousands of dollars with respect instead of making me feel uncomfortable and bullied. Sorry you hate your job, babes! Hope you fix whatever’s making you so miserable :)

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! They let my child's stepmother bring her in as a new patient without ANY parent consent!! They did not ask stepmom what her relationship to the child was at check in OR when they took my insurance card with my name on it.
Most doctors offices know that they can face major legal and professional liability for treating a minor without valid parental or guardian consent.
When I got access to the portal after the fact, there was no familiy history filled in and whatever medical history and current medications were listed were either incomplete or incorrect! They even RXed medication given this lack of complete medical history knowledge!
My daughter's patient portal only had stepmom's name, cell, and address?!?!!?!? Not even my daughter's dad's name listed! WOW! On top of all this, just to put a cherry on the top... they of course recommended my daugther's regiment be inclusive to all of their med spa product line!!! Simply said, a 12 year old does not need to be using the same cleanser, with tons of active ingredients, that her mother does as a 52 year old!!! PERIOD!!!
Shame on WLD!! If a practice is this hap hazard on things such as parent consent for a child, are you really going to get your cosmetic surgery done here?!?!?

I had an outstanding experience during my Mohs procedure. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Absolutely phenomenal experience with my hair transplant by Dr. Reese and his team: Cindy, Ruby, and Aliya. I came from out of state to have this procedure done, and Dr. Reese’s expertise and experience gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.
From the initial in-person consultation, we designed a preliminary hairline together and discussed how many grafts we were planning to transplant. On the day of the procedure, to my surprise, and really as a testament to the dedication the team has to achieving the best possible results, we ended up doing about 50% more grafts than originally planned due to how well the follicle extraction was going.
This was the definition of exceeding expectations. They truly know what they’re doing, and I’m extremely satisfied with how everything went. I’m excited to watch the results develop over the coming months.
