I saw Danielle today for acute lower back pain due to osteoarthritis. I walked in moving very slow with severe pain. By the time I walked out, my pain was drastically reduced & I was able to walk normally! Danielle was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!!
I'm new to Austin and to West Holistic Medicine but I have had a wonderful experience so far!! Dr. Afridi is excellent in every way. She has a gentle , very caring, kind spirit and I immediately felt comfortable with her from the discovery call which is an awesome way to get to know the practice, to my first visit and follow-up, all my questions have been answered and I feel 100% confident that I'm in good hands. The first visit was the most thorough first visit I've ever had. She is such a good listener and very knowledgeable. I've been a client of Dr. Maltz at West Holistic Medicine since September 2025 and couldn't be happier! I researched quite extensively and grateful to discover this integrative practice in the Austin Texas area. From the first time I called to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with care, genuine concern and ease scheduling an appointment ;) I've referred family members to West Holistic Medicine and they to had the best experience which is hard to find these days with our current health care system.
