I've been going here for about two years now and I'm so pleased with the experience as well as my results! I've had bad experiences with waxing in the past to the point where I almost decided to give up waxing forever. Coming here switched things around for me. Carmen has done a great job making me feel at ease/comfortable and makes waxing as pain free as possible. I used to live downtown and started going here for convenience but have chosen to continue to go to this location after moving because of Carmen!
