Zane was extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. They also were super precise and constantly made sure that I was comfortable with what they were doing and I liked it! They were even sweet enough to schedule a follow-up appointment to make some color adjustments after we were done because I was so indecisive and didn't truly know what I wanted until after I saw the end product and realized I wanted more highlights than I initially asked for. Zane also continued to answer my questions after my appointment was over when I was figuring out what color-safe products to use. I'm telling y'all, Zane is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. The prices were also super fair and Zane made sure to break everything down for me, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was comfortable before we started the process. Absolutely no scamming here! I will 100% be returning to Zane specifically for touch-ups and additional cuts. I truly recommend Zane at the Craig Piatti Salon to anyone in Austin looking for a fresh cut or some creative colors!“
