I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker thanks to Tayna. The T-bar on my glasses frame broke, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was able to get me a brand-new frame and carefully transfer my existing lenses into it, saving me a huge headache.
What really stood out wasn’t just her knowledge and skill, but how kind, genuine, and generous she was throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and treated me with real care.

Great customer service! Very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I’m not sure but I believe his name is Cliff. He is a prime example of what exemplary customer service should be like. Highly recommend this location.
As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted and was given a run down about the glasses and sunglasses in the store which I hadn't received at an old retailer. The check out process was nice and easy along with the employees being helpful not only to me but to each other, the lady helping me would ask the other employees if she wasn't sure about something I asked and that left me a good impression because I don't see that much any where else.
I can't wait to see what my glasses look like!
