Excellent customer service. The difference between Warby Parker and other eyewear stores is night and day. Even with how busy the store gets, staff consistently acknowledge every customer and regularly check in to help with questions or finding the perfect pair of glasses.
Not only did I leave with a purchase I was really happy with, but they also adjusted one of my older Warby Parker frames. They explained that frame adjustments are included for the life of the purchase and that they also offer repair services, which really adds value. I've been wearing Warby Parker for a few years, great value for the price. Today I stopped by to browse for new glasses and they suggested to adjust the frame of my old ones. After they did their magic, my old glasses feel like new. No need to shop for new ones for now. Great customer service!
