Sadly surprisedI haven’t been to Volente Nails in a yearish. Had health issues but better and wanted to start getting my nails done again. A few weeks ago, I came in and tried the SNS/ powder. I don’t like how think it looks on top of my nails. So went back yesterday and told the tech my wishes. We began a back and forth over gel and powder. An irritating 5 times I repeated I wanted the shellac and no powder:SNS. My nails are short and told her if a couple nails need a tip, I understand. But the tech started on about all nails and I said no just a couple. Well, I got a full ? set as I wasn’t interested in a debate about my nails. I have been coming to Volente Nails for years (before they moved to their current location) and I cannot see myself ever going anywhere else. They are always kind and (most important to me) fast! I can get my mani/Pedi done in 45 minutes which is awesome!! Highly recommend!
I took my 14yo and we got mani/pedis. The people are friendly, the place is clean and comfy, and the prices are reasonable. We both enjoyed the experience. I will be back again, thank you.
