Just want to share a few kind words about Mr. Villareal. Joseph was very honest and forthcoming with educating me regarding the value and ways or places I could sell my former men's wedding ring. Because I wanted to sell it and not insure it, therefore I didn't need an appraisel in which he was happy to oblige me. He actually talked me out of his appraisel and saved me $175! Very helpful, kind and honest man 😊

I looked for many jewelers and designers in the Austin area and Joseph was undoubtedly the best. From my first call with him I could tell he cared about the craft, the art, and creating memorable pieces that leaves his customers happy. Booking in person session for dropoffs, pickups, and discussions was seamless online, and he was trustworthy and transparent from the start. I had a custom engagement ring I wanted to create, I had the loose stone, and a mockup of the design ready to go. He took in my feedback, foundation, laid out the timeline, and step by step process to get it done. The ring was delivered on time, exactly as I imagined and we discussed, and my fiancee has fallen in love with it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I look forward to working with Joseph again on our wedding bands and referring friends!
