Vicki is an expert hair cutter. I have very curly hair that makes it hard for me to explain what I want. Well, I said, can you cut every hair a 1/2 to 3/4 inch shorter? Like a Professional, she went to work on me and wow! I loved it! She IS an expert, with men's curly hair.
She listens without judgement, checks in and asks how am I doing. Very nice, friendly, wants to fix me up! - That's great attitude! She has developed trust with her customer and I love her. She asked me the last visit if I was ready for my Summer cut- extra shorter? Of course, thank you Vicki! This was a few years ago. I've been her customer for many years now! 😎💯❤️
