Rochelle is an amazing! I highly recommend. I see her every couple of weeks and I've made real, permanent improvements in my body. Parts of my body that had been tense for more than a decade have opened up. My posture is better, I feel lighter, no more lower back and hip pain . She usually gets booked out, so if she's available, book it.
