Saul responded to my initial email very quickly (and after hours), outlined my options over the phone, set up an appointment to check my ancient HVAC system and followed up promptly. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, was generous with his time and did not try to sell me anything. I particularly appreciated being able to talk to him at length, as opposed to impersonal dealings with rushed technicians on the way to their next appointment I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

The owner was prompt in answering our inquiry to repair a down AC. Luis was clear and helpful, trying to save us money to get us on a non/weekend charge. Saul the tech showed up earlier than promised, worked diligently to diagnose the problem, offer solutions and costs involved. Sent me pictures of the AC unit since I wasn’t present. Worked for nearly 2 hrs. on a Friday evening to get our AC working. Refilling refrigerant was expensive but unavoidable. We were very happy with Trinity’s service, will definitely use them again for maintenance and repair if needed.
