Her name is Donna/Donne and she was extremely nice, very helpful and funny. She actually engages in small talk rather than straight business while helping you to make sure to get done what you need to get done. She is a amazing employee and once again, super helpful!
It has walk-ins just go early so you don't get closes off on signing up because it's close to closing or max capacity. You can also make an appointment online as well!
EDIT: Do research online on what you need! For vehicle registration you need a paper saying you passed Travis county's emissions inspection! For title transfer you need a title transfer sheet and a signed title. Tax is not paid...read full review
I had a little trouble finding the correct building. Online it says they close at 3pm, but may close earlier when capacity is reached. They did, however, take disabled customers after 3. The lady who processed me was very nice, patient and helpful.
Just had to walk in, check in, and I had to wait a little less than an hour even though they were pretty busy. Got my registration renewed in less than 10 minutes and Celia was very nice, informative, and efficient!
