I developed a MAJOR fear of dentists after my last visit a couple years ago with my old orthodontist. For that reason, I haven’t had a dental check up in about 3 years. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that can cause dental issues, I decided to schedule with Dr. Pham after a recommendation of a coworker. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly with the X-rays, the dental exam and the check out. I knew my dental hygiene was subpar, but Dr. Pham discussed everything with compassion and care and we came up with a plan to get my smile healthy again! The receptionist came to my room directly to discuss the cost of my upcoming cleaning and multiple cavity repairs and offered payment plans that I greatly appreciated. Overall, everything at this office was phenomenal. I am actually looking forward to my cleaning in a couple weeks!
Also wanted to add that from check in to check out, I was only in the office for a little over an hour! That includes the X-rays, exams and everything else. It was a quicker appointment than I thought, but I received the care that I needed in that time frame!
