came in one day to get my jeans starched and have been going back ever since. They do a great job with starching my jeans and all my other clothes! front desk lady is very friendly and helpful! prices absolutely match the quality and service. highly recommend!

Dropped off my suit to be dry cleaned on Monday Feb 26. Supposed to be ready the afternoon of February 27. Went to pick it up on my way to a business meeting in Oklahoma (Morning of Feb 28).. the boiler has been broken since yesterday. Doesn’t Tower have additional locations they could refer or send clothes to in case of equipment issues?
Part 2- I hope I am spelling her name correctly, Aricella ( the young lady who greets customers) went above and beyond to help me. I went back to pick up my clothes to take them with me, she had the workers in the back press my pants and starch my shirts.. Aricelila deserves a raise.. she is awesome..
