Thomas communicated well from setting up the appointment thru an on-site inspection and ending with an understandable, actionable, complete report. The on-site visit was educational, comprehensive and pleasant. Also, he let me know that the fee for the inspection includes their providing future services such as reviews of bids and advice as we work through ensuring our foundation continues to be stable and supportive of this house we love.
