I have bought properties for more than 50 years and was just recently introduced to Fidelity Home Inspection. My realtor gave me the names of the Inspection Companies most used in our area, and I did my own research. I read the reviews online and their ratings exceeded those of competitors by a sizable margin. I experienced good feelings early in the process, when I first went to their website and began the process of setting an appointment. Almost before I could complete their form, I received a call from one of their employees. She explained the pricing of their various plans and the optional add-on services they offer. Their bundles saved me money and I was able to get them to perform services that would have required me to use multiple vendors. I was able to get a quick turnaround on my appointment which was important as I had a limited amount of time to discover issues that would require negotiation with the seller. The inspector was at the property early and went straight to work. Following the inspection, the inspector provided me with a report that detailed not only items that would require further negotiation but also noted the cosmetic items that were noted as he went through the property. The report was completed online and in a form that was easily shareable with the seller and the realtors involved with the transaction. As an added feature, costs estimated are available for a nominal fee, that is saving me hours of research and money in my purchase transaction. They are the best I’ve ever used.
