Care given is a 5. Atmosphere in the check in/waiting room is quite uncomfortable. The two ladies behind the check in counter are loud, constantly bantering about their personal lives, and dropping f-bombs heard all the way across the waiting room. Many folks in the waiting room are here for surgical procedures and it's enough they are anxious about having to do so. You can see by the expressions on their faces that the two "mouths" are giving them even more anxiety. Not a professional atmosphere to say the least. Management needs to engage these two with disciplinary action.
This is my 3rd surgery at this center and I would go back again. The staff is friendly with all questions and carefully reviews safety protocols. They are backed up, I had a 9:15 arrival time with a 2 hour wait on the stretcher to start time. Scheduling issues? Everything I saw was very clean
I am reaching out to say that Texas Orthopedics is a very shady place. After charging me a office visit to tell me they were going to inject my neck They charged $180 they never called me back to set the appointment then I called back a week later and was very disrespected on the phone by the appointment setter. After that I was sent to get a MRI and I went back to them with the Cd and I was charged another $189 to tell me they were going to set up an appointment I waited another week never heard back and then I was told I have to go to a different practice if you want to be deceived be CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY GO TO TEXAS ORTHOPEDICBarry Farber
