Great experience! The app shows live wait times, the waiting area is comfortable, and even with ~40 minutes wait (15 people ahead), my 3 documents were done in under 5 minutes. Fast and efficient!

I'm actually shocked at how efficient they are for a government office. I walked in for apostille services on a busy day-- I was 30th in line. It took barely over a half hour to be seen, and a few minutes to process my documents.
