Everyone whom I encountered were competent, courteous, and efficient. No long waits, no grumpy techs or staff, and I was well informed about what they found while I was in their care. On the whole, they were a great bunch of people.
Dr Kessler is fantastic - clear, compassionate and approachable. He explains all the findings and explores the treatment options without any sense of time pressure. He works collaboratively with me to figure out the optimal treatment plan and ensure that all my questions and concerns are addressed.
His office is extremely efficient and well run and his staff is friendly and appear to enjoy their work. 5 stars ⭐ Highly recommend!!
I generally see Dr Kessler on an annual basis, b/c my A-fib is well controlled (thanks to Dr Kessler!). He and his staff are all polite, professional, and pleasant. The office runs efficiently I especially enjoyed meeting Melissa, the PA, who is very warm and engaging. I trust and respect Dr Kessler, and I appreciate that he is never condescending when giving his opinion—just honest and straight-forward. I have recommended him to several friends, and will continue to do so.
