Personally, I saw Luis my first time at Tex-Mex salon and I have kept going to him ever since, every time I need a hair cut.It is easy to see that Luis is passionate about his work, he is fun, he knows what he is doing, and he is good at it.I would highly recommend Tex-Mex salon and Luis, he is an artist.
