We receive great service from Terminex! Kyle does a great job. I really appreciate that Kyle is always our technician (IE it’s not a different person every time). I get a reminder text that he will be coming. He always shows up. He’s super friendly. He always remembers that I don’t want any spray near my vegetable garden. It’s always a positive customer service experience!! Oh, and we don’t have bugs!!
Reviewed all stations. Replaced 4 with new hardware. This was an unscheduled visit to help relocate all of the bait stations. Have was very helpful in discussing and correcting any problems we found quickly. I recommend their 5 star termite service.
So far Terminix has been good to work with. Matthew did the preliminary assessment and gave me a detailed (broken down) estimate of his recommendations, but in no way pressured me to agree to any or all. I was able to pick the services to meet my immediate needs and postpone others to a later date as my budget/needs allow. Kevin was the technician who came out and sealed the outside of my house to keep the rodents out of my garage and attic. He also placed traps in the attic and said to call if we smelled or heard activity. Otherwise, they will be out in a week to check them and sanitize the attic.
