Started learning Aikido here through Sensi's Mark and Joani offering introductory 6 classes at our church. I was motivated for my daughter to learn some self defense before going to college. I'm still learning at the dojo and she graduates with a masters degree in May 2024. I am also motivated to change minds from ego to spirt centric. Grand Master Frank's books as well as presence at the dojo helps me more than words can say!!! The physical aspect of training is not that strenuous but keep up with it and the benefit and self defense confidence is getting better all the time.

Probably the best martial arts school in town. The instructors are amazing and the school is great for a holistic martial arts practice. I did Kajukido for almost a year and it was a great spiritual as well as martial arts practice. It combines Karate and Aikido - so you learn stances, kicks, blocks, punches, etc. Along with that you also learn how to use the forces and energies that you encounter in a fight and redirecting your opponent. I recommend this school to everyone. I stopped going because I started a Masters degree program which had classes at the same time the martial arts schedule. I will go back again once I finish the program.

I admire this group of people. They are intelligent, skillful, humble... and handsome not that they care. I enjoy the classes very much each time. I am very happy that I was introduced to this group. Thank you.
