Got my hair cut by Dylan and it was absolutely phenomenal, she is such a professional and an absolute pleasure to be around, she absolutely knows what she’s doing and makes you feel so welcome in her chair. She is so amazingly brilliant and talented. Consider yourself lucky to be in her chair!!<3

I’ve been going to Herta at Harlow for over a year now and recently trusted her to transform my long hair into a lob. I was scared to make a big change but she was so patient. The color is always amazing too, every time!!! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! The salon is somehow both buzzing with busyness, but each stylist is taking their time, focused, and listening to their client's needs. Herta has a gift for addressing hair needs (even on curly hair!) and making everyone feel so welcomed in her presence. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
