Every body is different, we are different even day to day. So I have developed my practice so that i can offer completely individualized massage sessions to meet my clients exactly where they are. I specialize in lymphatic drainage, for surgery recovery or inflammatory conditions. I also incorporate deep tissue, sports massage and relaxation if appropriate for every session. There are no "add-ons, I offer what your body needs each session for the same price. I am also available to help with exercise form, core stabilization and frozen shoulder recovery.
