We had a great experience overall working with this team. They built and installed our sauna and also constructed a staircase leading up to it, and the final result exceeded expectations.
I’ll note that things were a little bumpy right after purchase — the original person we worked with ended up leaving without notice, which caused some initial confusion. That said, the team handled it really well. Huge shoutout to Heath and Brandon for stepping in, taking ownership, and getting everything back on track. They were incredibly professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the rest of the process.
