My experience with Strategic Air has been nothing short of excellent! They installed a new AC unit for me a year ago and have had very prompt response with service calls. My technician today, Solomon, was wonderful! He was thorough in his explanations and so personable and sweet with my inquisitive kids and pup.

Solomon is the real deal. Excellent customer service, professional, personable and knows the craft. He'll find your problem, he'll show you what's wrong and he'll show you how to fix it. He's a straight shooter and will let you know what absolutely needs to be fixed or replaced versus what you can live with down the road. When the time comes that I need an entirely new system, I would definitely be calling Strategic Air, hopefully Solomon will help with the refresh install!

Jason was awesome!! Came by late on a Friday afternoon and took care of everything, cleared the drain line/fixed the AC and gave us clear instructions on how to manage going forward so we don’t run into worse issues going forward. Thanks Jason!
