Mike is a driver for this company Mike almost ended my sons life because he wants to eat a sandwich while driving and he did not pay attention to the road and he almost hit me and my son They are reckless Unprofessional do not own up when their employees (MIKE) make a mistake no apology no action to be better just excuses and if they don’t want to deal with your dissatisfaction they will just block you 10-10 do NOT recommend

I will give Mike six stars if I can. I have a rental house. The tenants moved out. The old carpet was very dirty. Plus, the unprofessional painter I hired left messy paint drops overall in the carpet. The Steam Machine owner, Mike, provided a cleaning service to my rental house far beyond I could image. He spent 4.5 hours to do a deep clean. He even crawled on the carpet and used a small steel brush to remove the paint drops. His charge is affordable. After his cleaning, the carpet became very clean and had a new life. If your house has dirty carpets and need a deep clean, call Steam Machine Carpet Care.
