My husband had his loop recorder monitored by the office and we moved to another state and obtained other providers for him over 2 years ago. This office is still billing my insurance and myself for co-pays after I have called their office several times and demanded that the monitoring stop and the billing. Not to mention, the doctor that we initial visited (once) was beyond rude.

Complete shame, they will come back billing you for more money, EVEN AFTER I ASKED THREE TIMES, IS THIS THE TOTAL I WILL BE PAYING CASH FOR ALL SERVICES. The medical establishment keeps getting away with this crooked billing practises. I paid $75 cash as was requested and i asked is this the complete total. I then get another bill BY MAIL of course saying i need to pay another $40 dollars called "pre-payment". Can it be any more crooked ?

The knee and hip center was easy to get to: a real plus for mobility challenged patients. Covid protocols limited the number of people in the waiting room. I waited less than five minutes to be shown to a room, where I was treated with friendly professionalism. It was one of my best medical experiences.
