Rosie Romo was my stylist for the 1st time yesterday, Nov 24, 2024. She was excellent bottom line, as my wife said when I arrived home that I looked like a human being, again! Big thanks to Rosie, and I hope you had a great day yesterday as the Dallas Cowboys finally won vs. the Washington Commanders 34-26. She picked up the same 5-star service that I received for the past few years from Diana Ramirez. Thank you, and see you again, soon!

Man if I had 10 stars on here I would do 10 stars. Dionne from store #107 at 3201 bee caves rd, Austin, TX. Did an amazing job👏🏻 , she is professional and will get you right! She loves to do fades , so if anyone needs a fade. Holla at her , she's a cool character and loves what she does best!

I use the same stylist (Dionne) everytime. She always gets me right, as I'm very particular about my beard. I've gone to her even when she moved locations. We talk about anything and everything as that makes the experience more personable.

Horrible experience. My stylist (Dionne) complained loudly the entire cut to her coworkers about “not wanting to be there/only wanting to be home sleeping/issues on her period (like, wildly personal stuff). I held out hope that at least the cut would be what I asked for but it was awful. I emailed about my waste of money cut and terrible experience and the only response/resolution I got was a generic “we’re sorry for your experience. We try to give championship cuts here at sport clips..” Absolutely never going back to this location

Came to austin for a weekend for a friend’s birthday party and wanted some minor cleanup. Genesis was my stylist. Showed her a picture and got something entirely different. It seemed like she took it her own direction, as if a minor cleanup would be far too simple. After telling her I wanted barely any hair taken off the back or sides, just layering, she buzzed nearly all of it off. When i tried to ask why, she claimed it was to “clean it up”. Asked and clarified with her multiple times not to take too much off, and she did exactly that. Not to mention the cut took an hour.
