Wed Aug 26th had an MVP haircut from Rosie Romo. She unfortunately didn't cut with the same amount of care and skill that I'm use to at Sports clips. Plus after the haircut she didn't offer to show me with a mirror what the back looks like and turns out she didn't shave off my neckline or cut my hair evenly. After the haircut she just bolted off to the cashier station. I paid $31 + $7 cash tip. I went the following day to a different sportsclips location in Austin who fixed the mistakes for free. Rosie Romo was my stylist for the 1st time yesterday, Nov 24, 2024. She was excellent bottom line, as my wife said when I arrived home that I looked like a human being, again! Big thanks to Rosie, and I hope you had a great day yesterday as the Dallas Cowboys finally won vs. the Washington Commanders 34-26.
