I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I arrived at 9:01 a.m. and the door was still locked, even though the business was supposed to be open. They didn’t open until 9:10, and somehow two people were already ahead of me because they had signed in online. That system makes no sense when customers are physically waiting outside the door. It felt unfair, disorganized, and honestly very frustrating. The whole experience was uncomfortable from the start and definitely not what I expected.

Sheila did such a great job cutting my son's hair. It has been 7 years since he cut his hair more than just a trim. Sheila listened to what my son wanted and executed it, leaving no detail left undone.
