I tried to get my car washed this morning, I paid for the wash, pulled in, and the dryers turned on. No wash. No one answers their phone and their mailbox is full. It is a landline, so no messaging. Worst $14 spent in a while.

This car wash has the best soft touch wash in Lakeway. I paid for the top wash with brushes and it cleaned every corner of my vehicle perfectly. It is my regular car wash now and management is always helpful. This is a very professional establishment and I would recommend it to any car owner. Thank's Snappy Clean!

Editing original review and adding a couple of stars since I did receive a phone message from the manager/owner after posting my review. I appreciate the follow up.Both my husband and I took our cars to this location on Sunday afternoon. We both purchased the top of the line car wash. We each went thru separate bays. We both experienced that the dryers did not work well. We had a towel in our car that we used to dry our cars and the towel got filthy. There was so much dirt left on our cars and especially in the back. There was no one there to help when we realized this, so we could not run our cars thru again without paying again.
