Last fall, I needed to get a 15-ton commercial A/C unit repaired. The bidding process was long, but Smart Air came in with a competitive price, but it was their customer service (David) that won them our job. They kept me informed at all stages of the process while we were deciding what to do. We’re a church with limited funds and it was a $40K job so it needed to be right. To be brief as possible, our job was essentially a nightmare scenario because of what we were asking them to do (tiny work area, working with old, “rats nest” wiring schemes, etc). Their technicians came out and had some setbacks as I suspected they would, but they kept after it during some very intense late summer heat. Cory and Jaime were here early and stayed late, and were like bulldogs trying to get it done. At one point, Shane, the company owner came out and sat in our 100+ degree attic for hours re-wiring a panel that was done wrong years ago. They could have thrown up their hands and left this project (because it was truly a mess) but they kept after it for several days until the job was completed. Between the customer service, work ethic, pricing, and friendly people I met, I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my units!
