Worst haircut I've ever had in my whole life except for one. I went in asking for a few layers in my almost shoulder length hair to take some of the weight out. I made a point that I was growing out my hair and did not want any of the layers to be very short, and Martha acknowledged my request. However, I came out of there with a "shelf" in the back that I did not ask for, several long stringy pieces sticking out in the back from underneath, and some layers on one side that came to mid-way down my cheek. It was a total disaster. After living with this nightmare for 3 weeks, I went to a wonderful organic salon in town who fixed Martha's mess of a "haircut."... read full review

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a 12:30 appointment and walked in to the salon not being greeted by the two girls that were working there (empty). I came in for the scalp treatment, but told the lady the day before I may want a trim, she said that was fine and I could make that choice the next day. When the lady came up to me for my treatment, I was barely given a smile, she didn't ask how my day was or no sort of small talk was initiated, I tried to talk to her, but she would reply in 1-2 words. She awkwardly started washing my hair, not telling me what she was using and what it would do to help better my scalp. This was my first time here and first time... read full review
