Great experience! As we went inside we were greeted right away and helped through check in and picking out jewelry. They were so patient when we had a million questions about pricing and any concerns we might have had. Pineapple, our piercer was so kind to us, very calm and educated on his craft which we very much appreciated. The atmosphere was really nice, clean and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! Will definitely be returning!

The service was outstanding, patient, very professional yet personable and Jade was excellent as well, thank you for your patienceand wonderful personality. Jade did my piercing and it wasn't too painful at all. came back for the 1 mo check an had the jewelry put in. all my questions were answered and she was very professional. 10/10 would recommend

I was recommended to this place by a different shop because I wanted a lip jewelry, came in here only to get the jewelry itself NO PIERCING. I fell in LOVE with the place, the pieces & the aesthetic. Everything was perfect until I was greeted by Travis. He was extremely nice to the person in front of me, even said it was optional to put in the jewelry for her, or she could take the jewelry home. The customer agreed and I waited another 5 mins to be helped. Yet to me Travis was rude aggressive and I felt like I was getting scolded by my father. I came in to get a lip jewelry, he quoted me $300 for a gem which is insane but okay, I said no. While picking out jewelry I got in trouble for touching my OWN septum ring, that wasn’t done by anyone & forced to put hand sanitizer on. Then I was told he HAD to put in my jewelry for me. There was no option to buy it and put it in myself (odd but okay). I figured it was because my piercing, that I had in for over a year had been out for a day. So I signed paper work and waited to be called to the back (already uncomfortable). FINALLY -where prior to this we discussed the smallest bar possible he brought me to the back and gave me a bigger one DESPITE WHAT WE DISCUSSED because “the bar could swell” .. which probably makes sense, if I was getting it pierced again. I paid $47 at checkout in cash. Afterwards, I received at a coupon for $5 off ANOTHER $47 lip jewelry I will have to pay PLUS the trip & day off of work just to get what I originally came for. Not sure if I was singled out, but despite the disrespect from the worker itself. THATS A RIP OFF. I wouldn’t have paid $47 if I knew I would STILL have to come back a second time to get the exact jewelry I wanted the first time around. I would have left to a different place and got what I wanted. ON TOP OF THAT i walked out feeling worst then I walked in. I felt honestly violated and robbed. They lost one more customer today, Not a place I would recommend. I wish I could get a refund OR THE JEWELRY I ORIGINALLY CAME FOR.

I've been going here for years and I've only had great experiences. It's a more expensive option but it's the only place where I know I can trust everyone fully to do things correctly and only if they have 100% confidence in what you're requesting.

I brought my young daughter here to get her second lobe piercings. The shop is immaculate and professional and Jade was fantastic. It was our first experience with needle piercing rather than a piercing gun, and the process was super quick and comparatively painless. By the time we left, we could no longer feel any discomfort. Highly recommend especially for nervous folks.

Make sure the pricing is made absolutely clear to you before you get a piercing or buy jewelry here. If they don't initially quote you the correct price, they won't take full accountability for it after the fact.
