I recently found Charley Love at Saturdays and I can honestly say I’m completely in love with his process. He is truly an artist, which I deeply appreciate. Charlie literally paints on my highlights with so much intention and care. You can tell he’s a perfectionist in the best way.
He takes his time, never rushes, and the result is the most beautiful, natural, dimensional color. He does a subtle bump of my base along with a gloss, and every single time I leave his chair, I feel like a completely new woman.
