Great experience with the staff and doctors. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there's been a wait both times I've been there. Nothing ridiculous, maybe 15-20 minutes after the appointment time.

I’d say we addressed a few issues I’m facing, and have follow up visits. I’m pleased with the focus we have on these issues. I’m not super pleased with the results (yet) and I also don’t care for the customer service / client care (or lack thereof). Hopefully this improves during my next visit

Doctors are pretty good but the wait times after checking in for an appointment are awful. Average about 25 min after checking in to be seen. Block off about 3 hours for your 10 min appointment. The actual visits even seemed rushed because I'm sure they're constantly behind. I'm giving it one more time before I switch providers. The marginal benefit from seeing a good doctor isn't worth the extra wait times.
Edit: two more follow-up appointments and the wait time so be seen is still 30 min each time. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Saying sorry for the wait only works a few times before it's just you practice to run behind constantly.

Avoid this place. While the doctors may be competent and friendly, the intake staff and nurses are unprofessional and condescending, showing little regard for patients’ time and well-being. On more than one occasion, they have exhibited horrible customer service— shocking given how expensive it is. Not one to post negative reviews, but I regret not exploring other providers.

Sanova Dermatology has kind and friendly staff! I trust them to take good care of me and they give me some peace of mind with all the sun damage and skin cancer i have had over the years! Shout out to Daniel for his professional and kind demeanor!
