Shawn did an amazing job on my daughters hair and the five stars are solely for him. Unfortunately, if I had to give it on the actual salon It would be a 1 star. My 14 yr old Daughter was scheduled for her cut with Shawn/ This is our first time at this salon and my daughter hasn’t had her hair cut in years. She’s been growing it out to donate 12 inches. So we walked in with my husband and 2 year old son for her appt and the front desk girl checks us in then immediately goes and grabs another women hairstylist ONLY to ask us if we were planning on staying. Now we had only been there for 2 mins, hadn’t sat down and my husband was holding our son. I let her know that we were not staying we just wanted to get her checked in and let the stylist know what she wanted. She then rudely says okay good because we aren’t kid friendly…. Completely unnecessary to tell us that since we just said we aren’t staying. We realize it’s a salon not a playground. She isn’t just not kid friendly she isn’t friendly at all. Really bad customer service to start but Shawn was -amazing.

I always get exactly what I asked for and my hair looks it’s best!

Ron and Simon have the very best salon that I have ever frequented. I've been a client of Ron's for at least 28 years; when I first arrived at Ron's salon, my hair was a total mess from hairdressers who insisted on taming my hair into their professional wills and styles. Ron has worked consistently in attending directly with me, my wishes and my hair's natural instincts of waves and curls. He and his staff are kind, caring, and very skilled and talented. Ron has taught me to love my hair with all its perfect imperfections. I use no color, no perms, no chemicals, and my hair is relaxed and natural with the occasional help of some of the magical potions he recommends....read full review
