I had excellent service from Beyond Wow, Lisa answered my call on the first ring and I'm so grateful I reached a friendly, knowledgeable person and not a recording. She offered me same day service (!) but I took an appointment the very next morning. The plumber Zen was on time and he was professional, friendly, and thorough. He replaced water filters on a complicated system, replaced a bad hose spigot, un-clogged a bathroom drain, and identified an issue with my water turn off set up. Beyond Wow is now my go-to plumbing service.

Mike installed a water softener for us and really helped us make the right choice. I really appreciate a professional who doesn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. He also walked me through what he did and how and when to put the salt in the water softener.
