Jamie is so great at what she does and truly made a difference in my life. I started seeing her after dealing with an injury that led to piriformis syndrome and really bad sciatic nerve pain. I was to the point that I could barely sit for 30 min without the pain getting unbearable and wasn’t able to sleep through the night. Within my first few sessions she was able to ease the pain with acupuncture and provided a mobility plan and foam rolling exercises I could do at home to work on healing in between appointments. Jamie is one of a kind! She is so knowledgeable and thorough. Her approach is individualized, attentive, and holistic. She has helped me with a variety of situations always with the same dedication and always bringing me much needed relief.

Jamie is amazing at what she does! I have seen her several times over the years for various injuries and ailments. I highly recommend her. My only regret every time is not reaching out to her sooner when something starts acting up.
