I had the best 4 years in Austin at Rising Sun Aikido dojo. Leslie sensei and all the senseis here have given me so much to learn with their generous and kind teachings. The community here is incredible and I will highly recommend anyone to try Aikido here - even if it’s just coming in for a trail class to get a good roll or stretch!

Just spoke with the Sensei and wow! You can feel the magnitude of her heart through the phone. I am going to my first lesson on Tuesday and absolutely cannot wait to start my journey into the purification of my mind body and soul! Finding heartfelt people in this world is one of the grandest treasures known to mankind! Thank you Sensei! ❤️

I've been training in Rising Sun Dojo for almost 3 years now. Sensei Leslie is a wonderful and most dedicated teacher. Every class is an exciting journey. I would definitely recommend trying the 2 week beginner program.
