There are some good services out there....and I found one that needs a big shout out! The negative reviews about Pest Control companies have been flying around lately, but I was blessed to have been called on by Austin Goodman of Reliant Pest Management. I had recently moved and wasn't ready to set up this service when he first knocked on my door. I asked him to come back and he completely respected my request and didn't come back with pressure tactics. Austin was courteous, respectful and very professional. My experience so far has been excellent. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, which I much appreciated. Technician contacted me to let me know he was in route. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

I am so pleased with the customer service you provide. I called with an issue with tiny bugs on my kitchen counters. You were able to get someone here the next morning! The young man that provided the service was knowledgeable and explained what they were and how they were getting in. The next day they were completely gone!
