THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They LOST a pair of jeans and DAMAGED a brand new shirt. I had never used Reid's Cleaners in the past and unfortunately decided to give them a try and I completely regret it. They lost a pair of Levis jeans and damaged a new western shirt. I was told that I needed to wait 30 days to get refunded and it has now been 2 MONTHS and they have yet to fix the problem. Every time I call or go into the Cleaners they ask me for the same contact information that I have already given to them, and on multiple occasions!!! Stay away from this place.
