As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The exam was fairly quick and thorough. The options for glasses were great and the place was so clean. I plan on getting another pair of glasses and getting contacts from here soon.
I have been to eye doctor 3 times trying to get trial contacts that work and each time I can't even see price tags on items in a store. When I call to reschedule, nobody ever answers, I leave voicemails and it takes 2-4 v.m's to have somebody return my call. I have been a customer of reeds for about 4 years and this is frustrating.
Dr. Reed was great very fast very courteous very professional. I was able to be in and out and get back to work in no time. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and very professional. Highly recommend this doctor.
