Sherrod, Nico, Anthony, Josue, and Penny were so great! This was my first time having to have a mold remediation done and the team was patient, informative, and communicative. Penny helped to sort out other issues with my home that were not related to the project and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Sherrod was super responsive and took time to answer questions about the mechanics of the work, he was like a big brother who wanted to make sure you were taken care of. Before the rainy season did want to make sure my windows were sealed and they did a great job in sealing my windows before the rain and were super quick to come over and give a quote.
